This website provides general information about patent services. It is not legal advice for your particular situation. Visiting the site or sending an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship or mean that I have agreed to handle a filing or deadline. Representation begins when we agree to it in writing.

Services and pricing

Before work begins, we agree on the services, fixed professional fee, and delivery date. The engagement agreement identifies the work included and any separate costs. Government fees are separate where applicable. Later applications, examination responses, and other additional work are included only if we agree to include them.

Delivery guarantee

If my delay causes me to miss our agreed delivery date, I refund 50% of the professional fee for the affected service.

The clock starts when the agreed information, engagement, and payment are complete; I promptly confirm that in writing. Waiting for necessary information or approval from you pauses the affected work, with written notice. Genuine additions to the work can change the deadline by agreement. My workload, ordinary underestimation, and delays from third parties I work with remain my responsibility.

The agreed date identifies the deliverable, such as an application draft or written assessment. It is not a promise about when the Patent Office will act or whether a patent will be granted. The guarantee does not limit any other rights you may have.

Results and availability

Patent outcomes depend on the invention, existing work, applicable law, and decisions by the Patent Office or courts. No particular result is guaranteed.
