I started Inventrell to make experienced patent help accessible to inventors with different budgets.
That’s why I offer more than one way to work with me. If you’re comfortable preparing your own provisional application, I’ll handle the filing. If you’d rather I prepare the application for you and you’re comfortable working by email, I recommend the Essentials package. And if talking things through live would help, Guided packages include scheduled calls with me.
Whichever option you choose, I personally handle the legal work we agree on and take professional responsibility for it.

Provisional patent
A provisional application is a lower-cost first step toward a patent. It gives you up to 12 months to decide whether to pursue a full utility patent application—and prepare for that larger investment.

Each package addresses one specified product or process and the agreed features relevant to your activities in the United States. Before we begin, we’ll confirm the scope, fixed fee, and delivery date.
The written assessment will explain what I reviewed, the conclusions I reached, and any questions that remain unresolved. If resolving a concern requires substantial additional work, I’ll explain why and agree on a separate fee with you before proceeding.
Patent applications, licensing negotiations, litigation, ongoing monitoring, and advice on foreign patent rights are separate services.
