Our flat professional fee to prepare and file a design application for one product design is $899 (Essentials) or $1,149 with 30 minutes of consultation (Guided), including a standard set of formal drawings from your consistent photos or CAD. Government fees at filing are $260 if you qualify as a micro entity. Complex drawing reconstruction or additional designs may require a different quote before engagement.
Utility and design applications address different aspects of a product. Whether either or both are appropriate needs individual assessment.
The drawings define the appearance shown in the design application. The views and scope need careful review before filing. A necessary view will not be omitted just to meet a figure count.
