Updated to extend how long we keep our privately hosted OpenReplay session recordings from 30 days to about one year. Advertising measurement, personalized advertising, and your privacy choices are described below.
What we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, and any service or package you select. If you contact us by email, we also receive the information you include in that correspondence. If you choose to schedule a consultation, your name and email are passed to Cal.com so you do not need to enter them again. Cal.com also receives the appointment details and any additional information you enter while booking. Choosing email follow-up alone does not load the scheduling service.
The website and its service providers process technical information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The inquiry system keeps short-lived records to prevent duplicate submissions and spam. Those records use coded identifiers instead of your name or email address.
When advertising measurement is enabled, your inquiry may include information about how you reached this website: the full address of the page where you arrived, including any campaign identifiers, advertising click identifiers, or other parameters in the link you followed, and the referring address your browser reports. We use a private record to connect inquiries with later consultations, engagements, and payments so we can understand which services and advertisements are useful. This record is updated when we review an inquiry or record a business outcome.
How we use and share information
We use your information to respond to you, discuss possible services, operate and secure the website, and meet legal and professional obligations.
Cloudflare provides website hosting and security. Postmark delivers inquiry notifications, and Microsoft 365 provides our email inbox. Cal.com provides consultation scheduling; connected calendar and meeting services, including Microsoft 365 and Zoom, process the information needed to arrange your appointment. These providers process information needed to perform their services. Cal.com describes its handling of scheduling information in its privacy notice. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or address fraud or security incidents.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits, pages viewed, referring websites, and page performance. This service does not use cookies or persistent visitor identifiers and does not record information entered into inquiry forms. Cloudflare discards source IP addresses at its receiving data center and does not log URL query strings for this service. We use Cloudflare's setting that excludes EU visitor data. These aggregate website metrics are separate from the advertising tools and choices described below. Cloudflare explains its collection and processing in its Web Analytics documentation.
When Website analytics is enabled, Google Analytics 4 uses browser identifiers and cookies to measure pages viewed, time with a page in focus, scrolling, selected navigation and package clicks, and inquiry steps or errors. We link Analytics to Google Ads to compare visits from campaigns. These records describe browser activity and do not establish a visitor's identity. We do not send names, email addresses, invention information, form values, booking details, or full page addresses with other link parameters to Analytics. Automatic collection of form interactions and outbound links is disabled; selected events use controlled labels.
Website analytics has its own switch under Privacy choices. It stays off until consent in the locations listed for optional tools, and honors browser privacy signals and saved refusals. Previously saved advertising choices do not enable this new analytics purpose. Elsewhere our default policy applies unless you opt out. Google explains its handling in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Our privately hosted OpenReplay records visits, navigation, clicks, mouse movements, scrolling, time active or idle, browser performance, form validation or delivery errors, the full address of the page where you arrived, and the referring address your browser reports. It records values and edits in the name and email fields, including partial entries and unfinished or failed inquiries. When an inquiry is accepted, we link its contact details and reference to the recorded visit. Incomplete entries are not treated as accepted inquiries. We use these records to understand where visitors encounter problems and which sources bring useful inquiries. They are not used for automated decisions about legal services or to send messages to unfinished contacts.
These records are held on our own server hosted by Hetzner, with access restricted to us. Contact entries and replay data are not sent to Google Analytics. The booking iframe and its prefilled contact URLs are excluded. OpenReplay uses browser identifiers to associate activity. It follows the Website analytics choice and the same regional policy and browser signals; an earlier choice in a consent location does not authorize this new recording until you update it using the existing Privacy choices controls. Recordings and related diagnostic contact data are retained for about one year. You can contact us to request access or deletion.
Advertising and your information
Inventrell uses Google advertising tools to understand which ads bring visitors and inquiries to this website and to show personalized advertising. Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, advertising click identifiers, cookie identifiers, and the fact that an inquiry was submitted.
Advertising measurement may include sending Google a hashed version of the email address you submit. Hashing transforms the address; it does not make the information anonymous. Google uses it to match an inquiry with an advertising interaction. We do not send your name, invention details, email correspondence, or legal documents to these advertising tools.
Personalized advertising may use information about your visit to create audiences and show relevant ads on other websites. This sharing may be treated as a sale or sharing of personal information under applicable privacy laws. You can turn it off through Privacy choices.
Where consent is required, these optional tools stay off until you accept them. Elsewhere, they are enabled unless you opt out or an applicable privacy signal requires otherwise. You can change your choices at any time using Privacy choices in the footer. These choices do not prevent you from using the website or contacting us.
The site honors Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by turning off optional analytics and advertising tools. Website analytics, advertising measurement, and personalization can also be controlled separately. Your saved choice and the site's advertising-source record expire after 30 days. Google describes its own processing and retention in its Privacy Policy and business data responsibility information.
Hosting, security, and scheduling providers may process technical information needed to operate their services. Cal.com may use cookies for preferences and security and collect usage and diagnostic information, as described in its privacy notice. Inquiry emails do not use open or link tracking.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiries and correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal and professional obligations. Duplicate-submission and spam-control records normally expire after 24 hours. Email providers and infrastructure providers may retain their own delivery, security, and backup records under their retention policies.
You can ask to review, correct, or delete information you have provided by emailing parth@inventrell.com. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal or professional reasons.
Changes to this notice
We will update the effective date when this notice changes. Material changes will also be identified in a notice on this website.
