Privacy notice

Inventrell is operated by Parth Sagdeo. This notice explains how I handle information collected through inventrell.com. Contact me at parth@searchlight.law with privacy questions.

What I collect

When you submit an inquiry, I receive your name, email address, and any service or package you select. If you contact me by email, I also receive the information you include in that correspondence. If you choose to schedule a consultation, your name and email are passed to Cal.com so you do not need to enter them again. Cal.com also receives the appointment details and any additional information you enter while booking. Choosing email follow-up alone does not load the scheduling service.

The website and its service providers process technical information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The inquiry system keeps short-lived records to prevent duplicate submissions and spam. Those records use coded identifiers instead of your name or email address.

How I use and share information

I use your information to respond to you, discuss possible services, operate and secure the website, and meet legal and professional obligations.

Cloudflare provides website hosting and security. Postmark delivers inquiry notifications, and Microsoft 365 provides my email inbox. Cal.com provides consultation scheduling; connected calendar and meeting services, including Microsoft 365 and Zoom, process the information needed to arrange your appointment. These providers process information needed to perform their services. Cal.com describes its handling of scheduling information in its privacy notice. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or address fraud or security incidents.

I do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

Cookies and tracking

I do not use advertising pixels or website analytics to track visitors to Inventrell. Hosting, security, and scheduling providers may process technical information and use features needed to operate their services. Cal.com may use cookies for preferences and security and collect usage and diagnostic information, as described in its privacy notice. Inquiry emails do not use open or link tracking.

The site does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track setting. I do not enable third parties to track your activity across unrelated websites for advertising through this site.

Retention and your choices

I keep inquiries and correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal and professional obligations. Duplicate-submission and spam-control records normally expire after 24 hours. Email providers and infrastructure providers may retain their own delivery, security, and backup records under their retention policies.

You can ask to review, correct, or delete information you have provided by emailing parth@searchlight.law. I may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal or professional reasons.

Changes to this notice

I will update the effective date when this notice changes. Material changes will also be identified in a notice on this website.
